Joe
Vitale, a star of "The Secret",
shares a 15
minute miracle for clearing manifestation blockages through
the amazing Hawaiian healing method,
Ho'oponopono.
Ho'oponopono is a Hawaiian word for a
form of family or personal therapy.
Practitioners believe it is an ancient
Hawaiian practice. To date, the earliest
documentation of a practice called
ho'oponopono is from the Hawaiian language
newspaper, Kuokoa in 1863. Mary
Kawena Pukui recorded her experiences and
observations from her childhood (born 1895)
in her 1958 book (Chai, 2007; Handy & Pukui,
1958).
Pukui described ho'oponopono as a
practice of extended family members meeting
to try to "make right" broken family
relations ("making right" is the literal
translation of the Hawaiian term).
Traditional ho’oponopono sessions include
"prayer, discussion, confession, repentance,
mutual restitution, and forgiveness" (Cody,
1974, p. 207).
In the 1980s, Morrnah Simeona developed
what she called an updated and streamlined
version of ho'oponopono that is practiced by
the individual alone. Her practice continues
to be taught by her students in Hawai'i,
including Ramsay Taum, and Ihaleakala Hew
Len, Ph.D. According to Hew Len,
ho'oponopono is a Hawaiian healing process
based on the principles of total
responsibility, and taking responsibility
for everyone's actions. He suggests if one
would take complete responsibility for one's
life, then everything one would see, hear,
taste, touch, or in any way experience is
one's responsibility because it is in one's
life. Total Responsibility advocates that
everything exists as a projection from
inside the human being. The problem isn't
with our external reality, it is with
ourselves and to change our reality, we
would have to change ourselves.
Joe Vitale presents two
proven ways to heal yourself (or anyone else) of
anything you notice, based on principles of
ho'oponopono. Remember that what you see in another is
also in you, so all healing is self-healing. No one else
has to do these processes but you. The entire world is
literally in your hands.
First, this is the prayer Morrnah
(the creator of this new process) said to help heal
hundreds if not thousands of people. It's simple but
powerful:
"Divine creator, father, mother,
son as one ... If I, my family, relatives and ancestors
have offended you, your family, relatives and ancestors
in thoughts, words, deeds and actions from the beginning
of our creation to the present, we ask your forgiveness
... Let this cleanse, purify, release, cut all the
negative
memories, blocks, energies and
vibrations and transmute these unwanted energies to pure
light ... And it is done."
Second, the way Dr. Hew Len likes
to heal is to first say "I'm sorry" and "Please forgive
me." You say this to acknowledge that something -
without you knowing what it is - has gotten into your
body/mind system. You have no idea how it got there. You
don't need to know, either.
If you are overweight, you simply caught the program
that is making you that way. By saying "I'm sorry," you
are telling the Divine that you want forgiveness inside
yourself for whatever brought it to you. You're not
asking the Divine to forgive you; you're asking the
Divine to help you forgive yourself.
From there, you say "I love you" and "Thank you."
The "I love you" transmutes the
energy from stuck to flowing. It reconnects you to the
Divine. Since the zero state is one of pure love, and
has zero limits, you are beginning to get to that state
by expressing love. When you follow that statement with
"Thank you," you are expressing gratitude. You are
showing your faith that the issue will be resolved for
the highest good of all concerned.
What happens next is up to the
Divine. You may be inspired to take action of some
sort. Whatever it is, do it. If you aren't sure
about the action to take, use this same healing
method on your confusion. When you are clear, you'll
know what to do.

Few know there is an ancient Hawaiian system for health, wealth and
well being. It was passed from kahunas, known as "keepers of the
secret," to disciples throughout Hawaiian history. In the 1970s a new
form of it became popular when an unknown therapist used it to help heal
an entire prison ward of mentally ill criminals. That therapist never
wrote about the method, called ho'oponopono, though he gave private
workshops on it. This new Hawaiian method removes inner blocks, called
memories, to experiencing inspiration, what the kaunas call the Divine.
This method is based on reconnecting with the Divine through love.
While ho'oponopono offers dozens of ways to clear those inner blocks to
hearing the Divine, at the heart of it is the phrase "I love you." Those
three words helps transmute stuck energies and allow them to dissolve
into a pure connection with the Divine.
In Ho'oponopono, all change happens inside. When you perceive a
problem out there, you don't try to change "out there." Instead, you
work on the issue within yourself. As you do, the outer actually begins
to change. This is how the therapist healed criminals. He didn't change
them; he changed himself. As he changed, they magically got better.
Ho'oponopono has been used to heal everything from psychological to
physical problems, with no apparent limitations. After all, any
limitation, according to this Hawaiian system, is a memory in the way of
experiencing the Divine. When you connect to the Divine, there are no
limits. In fact, there are
Zero Limits.

"counter-intentions" that actually attract the things they don't want
and prevent them from getting those things they do. The Key reveals ten
proven ways to remedy the situation and end self-sabotage forever. For
anyone who knows they can achieve more but doesn't know why it isn't
working for them, The Key reveals the psychological and unconscious
limitations that are holding them back. Like all of Joe Vitale's other
