1.) You entered the wrong email address.

TROUBLESHOOTING:

- Go back to the free ebooks page and enter your information again. (Do not send an email requesting a download link.)

2.) The email was filtered into your junk mail folder.

TROUBLESHOOTING:

- Check your junk mail folder. If it's not there, go back to the free ebooks page and enter your information again or see #3.

- If the email is there, indicate that it is "not junk" and is an approved address so that future emails are not filtered there.

3.) The email was blocked by your service provider.

TROUBLESHOOTING:

- Add mysticvoodoo@mysticvoodoo.com

to your safe list and then request the download email again. Wait a couple of minutes and check your email again.

- If after 10 minutes you still have not received, contact your service provider and request that they stop blocking emails from mysticvoodoo@mysticvoodoo.com.

- Try using a different email address (from a different provider). For example, if you are using Yahoo! Mail, try using a Hotmail address.
