Wholesale Inquiries

Select items and custom designs are available for wholesale. If you are interested in establishing a business relationship with the Mystic Voodoo, you may fill out an application and forward with an email indicating your need and intent. Please include your name, the name of your business, web site address, and contact information with your email.

Please note that only serious inquiries will be considered, This means I will need 2 to 3 business references as well as a copy of your store's resale exemption certificate when you send payment for my records. Also, we must be a good match. If your interest is for an online site, I will visit your site and decide whether or not I feel the relationship will be mutually beneficial. You will then be informed as to whether or not you have been approved via email. Please do not place an order prior to your approval.

Permission to use Mystic Voodoo Photos and Designs

Purpose: Permission request for use of The Mystic Voodoo product, photos, product description etc. online for use in the sale of product, purchased at wholesale rates from The Mystic Voodoo.

If you are a wholesale customer of The Mystic Voodoo and have an online site, you need permission from The Mystic Voodoo to publish any photographs, product descriptions or artwork.

The Mystic Voodoo products are original designs and subject to copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

If you place items for sale on your site, you may only do so with permission and under the following guidelines:

Photos must not be taken of product without approval. Photographs from our site may be used with permission.
Product descriptions must closely match the The Mystic Voodoo product descriptions, including any ownership rights.
Product and descriptions must clearly state that is is a Mystic Voodoo product.
Pre-approval for product and descriptions must be submitted prior to posting information online.
You may not let other sites use our photos, descriptions, etc. (ex: drop ship, affiliate program, etc). Approval to use our product online is for your store or purpose only.
